Standard Service Order Form	Use this order form for most types of orders.
Free Scans Order Form	Use this order form for sending in your ten slides or photos and we will scan them for you and send you back your slides and a free DVD slide show disk with your images on it.
Medium & Large Format Order Form	Use this form for films larger than than the film that fits in the 2x2" slide holders.
8mm & 16mm Movie Film Order Form	Use this form for all movie film conversions.

Higher Resolution Scanning Order Form	If you have a need for scanning at a higher resolution than our normal scanning, this would be your form. Artists and professional photographers might want this service.

I received the Demo Disk. After a little experimenting, I was able to get the Demo Disk to play in my DVD player. I also tried it on my PC and it worked fine there. I pulled off the JPEG files and viewed them. This gives the customer the best of both worlds. It allows viewing on the DVD player and access to the raw files for other uses. Some of the slides had varying degrees of clarity but upon examining the slides, they were very rippled probably due to age.

I will be reviewing all my slides and deciding which slides to digitize. I'll be packaging them for shipment as soon as I can get them together.

I am very satisfied with the results.
