2. Fill It In, On-Line. If you don't know how many slides or photos you have, just estimate. We only bill for what we scan and the images are easily counted.
3. Print the Order Form Out and Sign it
4. Make sure you put down an email address that you check because this is how we will communicate with you.
5. Send the Order Form with your order
6. We need the information on the order form.

Use this simplified form if you just have normal, Family type 2x2" slides and paper photos to scan. Includes 110 films in 2x2" holders as well as 126, 127, 828, Half Frames.

(127 slides and 828 Slides MUST be stacked separately. There may be an extra charge if they are bent. Call.)
